When mining in Pimebeka system for the mission that she took, she meet with fellow miners and fellow State's commanding officer who was in need to recruit new capsuleer to join her corporation. Her name is Telea Lin. She tells Chevarya how their corporation have a good plan to making ISK and in return, needs more capsuleer to join the cause. Chevarya rejects the invitation. She said that she doesn't interested in joining the corporation. Telea understand. Then they are chatting about how New Eden was changing from day to day. They talking about every aspect in New Eden. Soon, they have separate ways to made.
Chevarya and Telea then say goodbye.

Chevarya return to Jita Moon 4 Caldari Navy Assembly Plant station to complete her mission. The Mission Officer was satisfied with the result of the mission, and asking if Chevarya willing to take another mission for the Navy. Chevarya agree and then the Officer tell Chevarya to wait at the Waiting Chamber. "It will take half an hour to clarify mission that suits to you" Said the Officer. She nods. She leave the room and then walking down the hall to the food gallery and buy some foods. Then she goes back to Waiting Chamber, where there's nobody in the room. While enjoying her meals, a man poke her shoulder and say "You Chevarya Longinus?" "Yes" Chevarya said. The Man then give her a book and says "Do not open it in public! Keep secrecy at hand!" then he leave the room, leaving Chevarya to wondering who the hell was he... even she doesn't have a chance to say a single word at all.
after few minutes, the Officer entering the room and calls Chevarya. She then follows the Officer to take another mission, with grunge who was that man she met before.

Next few days, Chevarya is on a mission to guard ORE (Outer Ring Excavation) corporation fleet in an effort to mining and hauling asteroid ores. She join in a guarding fleet, 1187th Navy Squadron. The commanding officer is Salis Ivenka in caldari cruiser, CNS Trudor. The fleet consist of 9 ships; 3 destroyers, 1 command cruiser, and the rest is frigates. He was a veteran in guarding mining fleet. For last 10 years, mining activity was in a list of dangerous jobs, because always targeted by pirates and also corporations who hire mercenaries to eliminate their competitors. The order is simple, to guard the mining ships and destroy any ships that prove harm to the fleet.
By the chance, the fleets meet with a group of mining ships. They exchange ID code, and knowing that mining group was in way to mine at the same system, but in different asteroid belts and without any guards. Then the fleet and the group proceed to their destination. 12 hour passed, the guarding fleet is always alarm and steady, the naval sensor crew is always looking onto his monitor, the gunner officer always ready with his finger on firing device, and Chevarya always ready on her commander seat to give order when the needs arise. And the mining ships always working in haste to refine ore and transfer them to hauling ship that forward it to the nearest station.
Soon, the sensor pick a dot in its range. It's a ship, cruiser size. Salis then ready his crew, and ordering communication officer to ask the ship's origins. They hear no reply. comm. officer then repeat the question. Twice he heard nothing. Salis is worried, the unknown ship is 378km away from nearest fleet ship. When he is about ordering warning shot, suddenly they heard unclean and distorted voices of a man. His comm chat ID was not recognized.
"... you... Nation... will prevail..."
That's the only word heard and even it is bad transmitted. Suddenly, the unknown ship charge onto the fleet, and Salis ordering all his fleet to fire upon. In 13 volley shot, the unknown ship's hull was breached and it explodes in the dark space. Salis breathe deeply as he see in his scanner that the dot was disappear...
After the asteroid was depleted, the fleet return to Caldari Navy Provision supply station. There, Chevarya and the other officer were debriefed and then they report what they had encounter. Rear Admiral Telone Mordun ask to Salis about what ship, its origin, and other tactical analytical attributes. Solis answer that he doesn't know what is and who it is. The Rear Admiral unsatisfied with the answer, and he demanding direct search for the remains that may giving a lead.

After taking a shower, Chevarya then sit down by the window and looking into space. She is wondering what ship's manufacturer, since she never see that kind of ship before. "Nah, I don't have to worry about it. State's intelligence agency might lighten it up for us..." she said. Time passes as she remember about the book she given. She open the book, and start reading...

"Caldari Navy Commander, Admiral Perone Ishono, called all of his subordinate to collect DNA sample from a Jovian man. The Jovian, known alias as "Mr. Jove" was under extensive detainment. He chained and lay on an examination bed. With all these equipment, it's clearly that he was examined in order to reveal what's inside his flesh. It's all obvious that Caldari men were suspicious and yet afraid that the Jovian man would posing any danger to them, doubled with their advanced technology, could cause terrible destruction if Jovians are attacking the State.
I witness them, operating a strange machine-like biomass that plummet into the Mr Jove's head. They open the head, and took strange device from it. Apparently, it's a recording device, which planted into Mr Jove. And I, as a supervisor, acknowledge this device as a military things... for spy and intelligence action.
As a civilian engineer, I can't ask any to them directly as it will raise suspicious on me and could be punished under the State's law"

"I see there are more Jovian man, in a hibernate tube, are being transfer from another station (?) to our research lab. Unfortunately, there's little to know where or who is responsible of this, since me and my lab personnel aren't told anything. Yet we know that there's something going wrong... closeing at full speed!"

Chevarya reading through the passages and notice few interesting stories which she write down on another book as a copy if there's something happen. Soon, she realize that she had to sleep. Tomorrow's duty call.
